Registration may be dropped off, mailed or faxed (847-247-4321). We will accept registration over the phone.  

Full or Half-payment must be included with registration.  Payment may be made by check (Dance Academy of Libertyville) or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER)

FULL PAYMENT – Registration fee waived.
HALF PAYMENT – ½ tuition plus non-refundable $25 registration fee.

UNLIMITED INDIVIDUAL-      $1,100
UNLIMITED FAMILY-              $1,700

INDIVIDUALS TAKING 2 OR MORE CLASSES PER WEEK RECEIVE 10% DISCOUNT
